Charge 5 was syncing everything except exercise data to the app about 2 weeks ago. I realize there was a problem with the update. Last week, everything syncing just fine. Today, here we are again, not syncing. And yes, I tried all the various recommendations. This is getting old. I need a tracker that actually gives me access to my exercise data, and Fitbit has not been effectively doing that.
How do I fix this problem this time? Last time I was told to wait because they were working on a fix.

The issue on Fitbit's side that affects exercise data wasn't fixed with the most recent app update. I've seen recent Moderator posts acknowledging the issue and that the team is working on fixing the problems.
There are also recent Moderator posts mentioning that an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Keep checking the app store and install the update when it's available.
At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting we can do on since the issue is on Fitbit's side.
