I have tried every step to reset and absolutely nothing has worked. Are they phasing out the charge five and just not telling anyone? Because this is ridiculous.

Hi --The app on my phone had been updated so I deleted & re-installed the app, restarted my phone, then reset the fitbit. It now seems to be working.

Thank you for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts. I'm sorry that your Charge 5 hasn't synced with the Fitbit app for 3 days.
Have you checked if you can update the Fitbit app?
