I recently changed iPhones to the 13 Pro. My Charge 5 says it’s synching (manual) but all Fitbit data is no longer appearing in the phone app.
I’ve followed ALL the directions I’ve found across multiple posts for re-establishing the Fitbit and nothing is rectifying this so far.
I’ve done this:
Deleted the Fitbit app
Restarted my iPhone 13 Pro and my Fitbit Charge 5
Reinstalled Fitbit app, made sure it was the current update
Restarted Fitbit app, logged in, let it connect to Bluetooth
Check Bluetooth Settings, and it’s the only connected device
Do a manual sync (pull down screen in the Fitbit app), and it says synch is complete
No data. 😤
Help would be appreciated.
