For about a week my Fitbit results are not syncing with the vitality app. I have refreshed the app and left it for 48 hours but my points have still not come through. Been told to unlink the charge 5 and link again but if I do this will I lose what I have gained since it stopped syncing? Thanks
You shouldn’t lose point any because the Fitbit app still saves the workout data to your online Fitbit account.
But if you’re still worried, You can submit a request in the Vitality app to get your points first (missing points). They’ll ask you to provide evidence, which would just be screenshots from the app showing your steps, or heart rate,etc.
once submitted, then you can try to unlink/re-link. I’m having the same issue so will do this now too
