My Charge 5 has not synched since October 23, 2024. I note that MANY others are having the same problem. Is this an issue that Fitbit is working on? I sync to my Samsung A10e phone and to my MAC laptop; neither is syncing. If Fitbit is aware of the problem and is working on --- can they please advise users of this. And, perhaps provide a timeline for the correction and/or solution ? Today is October 29, 2024.

Please see the Moderator's post from today (29 Oct 2024) on this thread (<-- click link). She states that the fix is rolling out in app version 4.28.2.
The app updates usually roll out in waves. Keep checking the Play Store for the update and install it when it's available for you.
If you're still seeing the syncing issue, please let us know.

There is a message on the Fitbit Support page acknowledging the issue for Android users, which may have appeared starting yesterday (28 Oct 2024). See below
So far, I haven't see a timeline for the fix.
