Charge 5 not syncing

I have tried everything to get me charge 5 to sink to my phone.  It is still running from Monday and has not reset at night since Monday night.  Thus not sinking with phone.  It’s keeping up with me but it’s continuous.  HELP!!  I need it fixed or tell me how to fix it

Have you restarted the Charge 5?

Have you restarted your phone?

Have you checked for updates to the Fitbit app?

What phone are you using?
