Has something been changed on the charge 5? Because mine seems to no longer track blood oxygen level. It's asking me to install the SPO2 app yet when I go to do it, it's not available for the charge 5.

Hello @mjt59 

Based on the posts I've read, there's currently a problem with SpO2 for some users where they aren't getting their data. The team is aware of the issue and is working on the fixing the problem. However, we haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

That said, what troubleshooting have you tried, in case your issue is something different?
