Charge 5 not tracking distance

I’m going out of my mind trying to get my Charge 5 to track distance walked. I’ve tried adjusting my stride length and it didn’t work. I tried resetting my Charge. Today, I walked 6,500 steps but my distance is 0.05. Please help!

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
