Charge 5 is not tracking exercise although I can see the activity on the hourly screen. So frustrating. Seems like there’s always something going pear shaped with this app or the tracker. Yes, I’ve done the 90 steps to reset the tracker. None worked.

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the Community forums for the first time, @Pengy1972.
Thanks for sharing all your feedback and for the information about your Charge 5.
Could you please provide a few more details about the way you're tracking your activity? Let me know if you mean that you're starting the activity from the device using the exercise shortcuts or if the device is not tracking your exercise automatically.

It is not tracking automatically. It has everyday up until Sunday and has now stopped.

@Pengy1972 Thanks for your reply.
Keep in mind that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities that are at least 15 minutes long. If the activity is long enough and issue persists after the three pulse restart you mentioned, please try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
In addition, keep in mind that not all the activities are tracked automatically. The ones that are recognized are: walk, run, outdoor bike, elliptical, sports, aerobic workout, swimming.
