Hi! Just got the Charge 5, connected it to the app, but the senors doesn't work. I get steps but no heartrate or SpO2 at all. The watch is tightly attached to my wrist. What am I doing wrong or is it a faulty unit?

You won't get SpO2 during the day; it's recorded overnight if you wear it while sleeping.
Are you getting a green light on the base of the watch? That's its heart-rate detector. If you're not, then I guess it may have a fault.

@fionac Thanks for the tips shared.
@Vindkall Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and for checking how your tracker is worn.
I'd like you to confirm that Heart Rate is turned on in the Settings app, this to ensure that your data gets tracked. In regards to the SpO2 data, check out this article for the requirements you need to have in order for this data to be displayed.
Hope this helps.
