Hello,
am i the only one that have issue with the heart rate tracking of my charge 4 and 5 Device
I recently switched from charge 4 to charge 5 (i had the issue with the previous version also) and every time I go on a threadmile (only for walking ) or a stepper the heart rate monitor isn't working.
for example I was running today and during this time everything was (first half) OK, then I start walking and for most of the time the heat rate was wrong during the exercize.
on the picture here we can see it dropping like crazy and then go back to where it was few minutes earlier
-> it was about the same all the time around 150
thanks for your answer

Hi, @nico4.4 , from the picture you shared I would say that the connection between your Fitbit and your HR was very weak. I would recommend trying during exercise to wear your Fitbit a little higher on your wrist than usual and also a little tighter.
It is also possible that if you sweat excessively on the wrist while exercising the connection could also be disrupted. Some people have suggested wearing a sweat band on your wrist with just a small cut out for the heart rate sensors of the Fitbit, when sweat is an issue.
Do you feel that your heart rate is accurately reported in your day to day activities and sleep? Is it only during exercise that you find there is an issue?

Hi,
you are not the only one, mine is the same, my heart rate will be 150 on the equipment and showing in the 90s on my Fitbit, very frustrating.

Similar problem for me. My heart rate goes to almost 200 while I am running, which is absolutely wrong
