Charge 5 not tracking steps

Help! My Charge 5 doesn’t track steps. I’m having to restart every day, frequently after I’ve done my workout and realized the steps weren’t updating on my Fitbit. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Solution did not work. Not tracking steps again today. How do I return this and get a refund?

@elvngs22 Thank you for sharing this update. I'm sorry to see that you're still experiencing the same inconvenience. 

In this case, since you already tried all the steps suggested, I recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team to let them know the steps were not successful. They will let you know how to proceed.
