My Fitbit is not tracking anything other than it shows calories burned.

Just got my Charge 5, and mine is only tracking calories burned as well. Hoping someone has suggestions.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing a similar problem with your Charge 5.
@Benny2011 I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
@Bemel63 Could you please confirm if you already tried the three pulse restart procedure mentioned here earlier? If you continue to have this problem, you can also try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
