Purchased this unit for my wife in 2023 from Amazon, and it lasted about 3 months before it stopped working.
I have tried:
It still does not turn on.
What else can I do to salvage this unit?
We tried to warranty, and it was denied.
This is the 2nd and last fitbit i'll be buying for my family.

Hello there @mmsadria, I'm glad to see new faces around the forums!
I'm sorry to read about the issues you've been facing with your Fitbit Charge 5 and it's battery.
To be honest, if our specialist team has already exhausted all troubleshooting procedures and you have tried all the recommendations provided here, we've pretty much covered all the bases here. However, I do have one more suggestion that might help.
Since the device was purchased through Amazon, you may be eligible to claim a warranty replacement directly through them. I believe it is definitely worth a shot, as they often have their own return or exchange policies.

We tried within 3 months of purchase and it was denied as it passed the period that it could be returned.
What is the most likely repair for this? battery replacement? It seems that the Charge 5 was very problematic, and I just want to salvage the use of this thing.
Paying $160 for 2 months of use is such a waste.
