There is no service center and charge 5 is not powering on. Is this common with this device? Can something be done?

Same here and mine was purchased Feb 2024 the one I had previously lasted about same amount of time and same thing happened

Sorry to see that you're having trouble getting your Charge 5 to power on. Please let us know what troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far, if any.
