When using the Charge 5 countdown timer, I expect the Fitbit to vibrate when the time runs out, so I know it has!
Most of the time when I use the countdown timer, it either doesn't vibrate when the time runs out.
Sometimes, a while later, I get a vibration and a message saying "ended".
I'm really dissappointed - the unreliability of this feature makes it not useful to me, and it's one of the main reasons I bought this device.
Please release a fix!

Hi, I appreciate the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with the Charge 5, @peterjacobsonz.
If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried the three pulse restart procedure described here, as this has been useful for other users with similar problems.
