After just 2 years my 5th Charge stopped working. Contacted Fitbit, they tried helping resetting the watch, but it's done. Received an email saying the warranty expired and they're offering me a 35% discount in any watch that's not a "Charge, Versa 4 or Google", so I cannot buy again the Charge with the discount they're offering as a "courtesy". Funny enough my watch stopped the day of the cyber Monday offers. Looked at the new Charge, was $99.99 (before receiving the email hours later with the discount). When logged in again to buy it thebwaych was now $149.99. Called Fitbit, the customer agent tried helping but unfortunately the policies of the company and the T&Cs are not very worried about 10-year existing customers. Appalling!! Time to move to another watch!

My Fitbit charge 5 stopped working after just 5 months. Blank screen issue and in India no proper warranty back up also. I have been a Fitbit user for 6 years. Charge 5 is a clearly defective product. I had a charge 5 earlier which stopped working after a year. I shouldn't haven't given Fitbit the benefit of the doubt and bought another. Thoroughly regret this
