Charge 5 got wet in ocean water briefly and now it's not working

  • Thoroughly dry your Fitbit and ensure there's no visible moisture, especially around the charging contacts and sensors

  • If your device was recently exposed to water, clean it following these instructions 

  • Restart your Fitbit once you're certain it's completely dry.
