Won’t sync. Said to forget this device and pair again. Cannot pair with my IPhone. And the face used to have 3 goals: Stairs. Steps and calories. Now it only has calories and it states the same number of calories since February 1st. Now the time is incorrect!!!
My sleep scores are gone and my exercise information also does not appear on my app,

Could you please confirm if you're getting a specific error message? In the meantime, please follow the recommendations listed in this article. Keep in mind that if the device is not paired, it will not sync, and if the device doesn't sync for a while, the time won't be updated and it will fall behind.
Regarding the stats that you mentioned on the screen, could you please provide a few more details? Let me know what is the clock face option that you're currently using and if you've tried tapping on the screen to see the other stats.
Keep in mind that if the device is not paired and not syncing, this will cause the information on the Fitbit app to be incorrect as well.
