My Fitbit has died as has my long association with the brand, over 10 years
Increasingly Poor service and a maximum of 3 years on one watch coupled with many changes which have reduced the effectiveness of the product
bye, and I won’t be back
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi there. It is disappointing! I am on my third fitbit and they typically break just outside of the one year warranty. I have yet to get 15 months. This is a problem that is so common, almost everyone I know who has had the entry level ones have the same experience. My first two broke at the strap that made them unusable and my latest one is having difficulty charging at 13.5 months. It is also having difficulty connecting and syncing and is very unresponsive. I have had two charge fours and one charge five. Going back to Garmin as soon as this one dies:)
