My charge 5 has stopped working, whilst on holiday last week it just went blank and wouldn't come on or sync. I tried charging and the fitbit symbol was present but still unable to sync or come on when charging finished.
I was absolutely gutted because I was unable to register my info whilst on holiday and this appears to have happened since the change of the fitbit app appearance.
I have had the charge 5 for less than a year and since returning from holiday, have had to return to my old inspire which didn't have any issues.
The support section on the website is down also and unable to contact for a replacement charge 5.

The past few days have been extremely busy for the support center. Today (14 Oct 2023), there isn't a banner for high amount of calls. So, you should be able to connect with the support center.

This happened to my charge 5 to getting a replacement. But think it will happen again. It a waste of money and they won’t do anything

My charge 5 also stopped dead on Friday the 13th. Usually not to superstitious but so many of us lost our Fitbit at the same time. Ive tried resetting it from the charger but nothing. I’ve had mine 10 months and it’s the second one. May have to try Apple Watch.

Mine was working last night. This morning it is completely black and unresponsive. Restart procedure does not work either.
