Charge 5 not working.

Hi, suddenly mi charge 5 is not working. Only shows the logo but not loading anything. I tried rebooting and nothing happened.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5. You've mentioned that you've already tried to restart your device. As this sometimes requires several attempts to work, please try it again by closely following these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure:

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display.

If this won't work for you, I'd suggest letting your Charge 5's battery run down until you device is off. After that give it a full charge. Please make sure that the provided power source, the charging contacts on your device and the charging pins on your charging adapter are OK. If your device won't charge, this might be helpful:

Hi @Emilianocr 

One other troubleshooting step to try is changing the clock face. Sometimes doing this will get your device "unstuck" and back to working properly. If it works, you can change back to the clock face you prefer. Click here for instructions on: How to change clock face on Charge 5

Hello, thanks but now it's completely dead. Is not even charging or showing
the logo anymore. I've tried with differents chargers, and nothing happened.
