Hi there my Charge 5 watch fully charged wearing it this morning , this afternoon can’t get anything from it there are 5 dots at top of the phone , any ideas

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 5.
If you haven't done so already, please complete a 3 pulse restart procedure using the charging cable. If you continue to experience the same problem, you can also try changing the clock face option on the device, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.

In order to change the clock face option, you can follow the steps listed in this article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
