Fitbit charge 5 won’t stay synced long enough to record data. It’s not tracking heart rate, steps, etc. All are installed and turned on. I’ve restarted several times via device and via charger. I’ve changed clock face several times. I’ve turned off Bluetooth several times. I finally uninstalled Fitbit charge and reinstalled. It took several tries to connect. All of this started happening last Tuesday when I installed update. Device cycles between going black, then logo, then clock face over and over. Sometimes it vibrates sporadically but I don’t have notifications turned on. The red light in the back flashes constantly. Spoke with support this morning and that’s the first time I changed the clockface. After that, it synced at stopped appearing to by psycho, but it still won’t stay synced or even sync when I try to sync it but every once in a while. The date and time is only correct when I manually sync it. The only data showing is calories burned. This has been going on for a week. I bough it in November of 2022.

Yep! My Inspire 2 was doing something similar.
What I did: call Fitbit. They usually are able to tell what is going on, and they'll figure something out. They gave me a choice: replacement or epic %50 off any device (save for the Ace 3 & Inspire 3). I got a Charge 5 and haven't really had any problems (but the band clasp broke, but I was able to send in for a new pebble. :D)
Try talking to Fitbit. They have the programming for the Fitbit, and they should be able to fix or replace your faulty pebble.
Hope that helps!
