When I got this it worked great.  It’s a little over a year and at least the time is still working. If it hasn’t turned off. It does this even though the battery isn’t dead. It no longer gives any data other than steps. What changed with this product?

Hello @Democracy21 

If you're only getting steps tracked, that makes me think that the heart sensor is no longer working. You can check by putting your finger over the back of the Charge 5. You should see a green light when you lift your finger. The green light is the heart rate sensor. If you don't see the green light, then the sensor is no longer working and would be the reason why no other metrics are being tracked.
