I’ve had my charge 5 since Dec 2021, and it recently started crashing while I’m in the middle of a walk. It has never crashed during other workouts - yoga, weights, etc. and it doesn’t always crash when I walk. But 4 times (that I recorded) in the past two weeks it had just gone dead in the middle of a 2 mile walk. When I connect to the charger, I get the Fitbit logo, and then it says it’s, say, 48% charged and the time is when it crashed. Then it blinks and the charge will go to, say, 34% and the time jumps to the correct current time. (Percentages are different each time, but none are anywhere near zero.). I see many other posts of similar crashes in this forum, but they are all closed. What’s going on here? I just upgraded to the latest firmware, and within a day it happened again, so that clearly didn’t fix it. Does anybody (I’m looking at you Fitbit moderators) know what’s going on?
