My charge 5 is recording my runs twice. I have all the auto tracking turned off but when I use the app to record the run it is also auto tracking on the device. If I delete one of the runs it then removes the distance from both runs

@Jellyjud When you write that you are starting you run with the app, are you tapping on the "+" sign on your Exercise tile on your Fitbit app, where the only choices are walk, run, and hike? If so, you are using and out of date feature called MobileRun. Please don't use that feature as it is for older, legacy models that don't have an Exercise app. You should use the Exercise app that is on your Charge 5.

Only problem with that is that the gps on my tracker is useless. I might as well not even record the run. So might as well not even have a Fitbit. Better to go back to using a miband if not going to be able to use my phone gps
