Hello.
My Fitbit Charge 5 optical heart rate sensor shows a constant red light even when the device is not worn.
I have tried restarting, reconnecting to the phone, factory reset, leaving it in darkness, and charging — nothing helped.
The red light stays on continuously for hours.
Please advise on replacement or solution.
