I restarted, re connecting and the light is still on and unstoppable. It consumes the battery and the watch is not syncing with the phone, I read all the toppics and it still has a wrong working.

The device has a red light on the back that does not turn off and consumes the battery in an hour. Fitbit does not give me a solution and offers me a discount so that I can buy another one? no way if in a year it is going to break

I have done all the suggestions in the manual and the light is still on. I have been doing all the possibilities suggested by the manual for more than two weeks and the error persists.
