The clasp on my Charge 5 watch broke.Called customer service. Spoke to a man asking me to take picture and send with case number written on background paper. Did that and was told they would review to decide if would replace or not.
Checked email and recied no email notification one way or another. Called customer service again and was told that replacement was already sent. Maybe I somehow missed notification, but I don't think so.
Woman at customer service sent me a email to choose replacement or 50% off new watch. Should have asked but didn't realize until already hung up... Is the 100% off replacement watch a refurbished device? Thank you for your time.

I thought I got this in original post. I live in apartment building and never received a replacement.
