Fitbit app not allowing additional watches/tracker

Hello,

We thought going with something new and bought additional Charge5 and Luxe model in hopes to add them to our Fitbit app which currently had our Charge3 models connected. Unfortunately, the Fitbit app only allows one watch/tracker per app with each account?

Is there a way to circumvent this because of Charge3 are still working and I would hate to let them lie around and gain dust.

In my opinion it should be possible with todays technologies.

Or do I have to create a new account and switch accounts all the time? (not very efficient)

Thank you.

Hello @Curious-Still and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit created this device limitation when it created the "Gallery" on devices.  You can only have one Gallery enabled device on your account at one time.  There's no way to circumvent this.  If you want to have all your activity on one account, you must replace one Fitbit with another.  Multiple accounts aren't a great solution, because Fitbit doesn't let you merge accounts.  I wear a Versa 3 and a Luxe.  I wear the Luxe when I want a smaller, more jewelry-like device.  It takes time to switch over.  I don't do it very often, because it is a pain.
