Charge 2 bands

I was given a second hand charge 2 and noticed that the face is cracked. Sadly it’s no longer under warranty, but I was given an offer from support for a discount on a product and am considering the charge 5, does anyone know if the bands from the 2 work on the 5?

Hi @MJhalloween  the bands aren't interchangeable. Be sure that your discount offer includes the Charge 5. Sometimes when offered a discount, it can't be used on the newest of the devices.

Thank you so much. I have double checked/ triple checked my coupon and it doesn’t mention the 5 at all… looks like thats what I’ll get.. all other new models do not qualify. Bummed about my first Fitbit, but excited about the getting a new one
