Hey guys,

I bought charge 5 yesterday from eBay.

I tried to connect into my account but there appears message that the device is locked and might be reported lost or stolen. The device is brand new in its original package. Is here anyone had experience with that issue?

I would use eBay buyer protection program and return it to the seller.  It sounds like they did a great job of repackaging the device.

Sure I will 🙂 There is no evidence of repackaging. It looks like brand new and I believe it is. Probably is just stolen from official distributor store and then the store was reported to the Fitbit. I don’t know what to think 🙂
