Charge 5 screen and HR issues after update

I updated my Charge 5 two days ago. Today it started having a green screen and battery was low. I put on charger and now it has a black screen and won’t show anything. My app says it is charged, but there is nothing on the screen and the lights on the back are not on. I have tried restarting it three times and still have nothing.

There's one other recommended troubleshooting step to try: Changing the clock face (<-- click link). This has worked for some users and might take more than 1 try.

If it doesn't work, the next step is to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call.
