My charge 5 screen either won't come on at all or when it does it comes through slowly line by line and is really faded in colour. The battery also seems to be draining really quickly. I charged to 100% yesterday and its already at 35% today.

Hi there, @JoMartin. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Charge 5.
As a first approach, please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for the reply. I tried the clock face change and it still hasn't worked. I have reset the watch twice too and that has done nothing.
I havent managed to look into the battery issue as yet until I get a working watch again.
