Customer support issues

I have had to call Fitbit support 4 times over a defective product and I still have no resolution. Each person I speak with tells me they have to transfer my case and some one will contact me. Yet, no one does. AND, they basically refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. There is something seriously wrong with this support service.

Try the chat function from this website. I had trouble over the phone, too. Wish I had known about the chat when I first had issues, now I am out of warranty and don't qualify for replacement.
