My screen is unresponsive and blank
It has to be charged twice daily will not since with my phone

Hi there, @Faymac123. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issues with your Charge 5.
As a first approach, please restart your Charge 5 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My charge 5 is a brick. I bought it in July of 2022 and I can get it on charger. Takes all day to get to 99% charge. Never can get it to 100% charge. I leave it on charger for another day. Restart device. Take it off charger. Device restarts to 1%. I am in an infinity loop. For weeks! I emailed support and gave me directions for what to do when this happens from the manual. Really! I can pull up the manual on internet or from my app. I have tried EVERYTHING! Just ridiculous. I too will scream from the rooftops NOT to buy any kind of Fitbit because it is not supported. Currently, I have just received a brand new product from a company I bought from last October. I called the customer Service number about issues sand they replaced the product. Very smooth, seamless transition, the company stood behind the product. I had to pay a nominal postsge charge, but I was okay with that. Please Google…do something for us. Do the right thing!
