Charge 5 screen has gone blank. I’ve tried fully charging it, I’ve tried restarting it with three presses of the charger multiple times and I’ve tried forgetting the device from app. Screen occasionally flickers when tapped but is mostly blank.
I’ve had the Fitbit since January 2022 and it has been working ok until last night.
I’ve tried contacting customer support but the link isn’t working.
Please can anyone help?
