My Charge 5 will not swipe in any direction.  I have tried restarting several tomes vis the charging cord.

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the Community forums for the first time, @Ibby3

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and that you already tried the restart procedure. 

In addition to the three pulse restart, please let me know if you've also tried the steps listed here below: 

  1.  If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display. 
  2.  Make sure the Water Lock feature is not turned On. If it is and you see a lock on the screen, firmly double tap to disable this feature. 
  3. Try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
