Charge 5 screen comes up blank

Now and again screen comes up blank.Then suddenly starts working as normal .Only six months old .Spoke to technical but they couldn,t come up with fault.ANY ideas as to how to get warrenty on this item

It seems that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team again for further assistance with this and they were able to provide you with some instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them and they will let you know how to proceed.

Yes they have concluded that the watch be REPLACED.I have already been down this path ,but so far witout success.Lets hope the REPLACEMENT offer transpires this time round

Mine has also gone blank this afternoon. No idea why. It’s a little older than yours though, received for Christmas 2021.
