Charge 5 screen faded

Hi,

 

I only learnt about water lock after being at the beach and in a pool for a few hours. The screen did come on while I was in the water a few times but I didn't think anything of it as the Charge 5 is supposed to be waterproof. I should mention I didn't have my charger and my battery was dead for over 24hrs. When I did charge it the screen came on faded. I tried restarting it and the same thing occurred. 

Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue?

There are a few troubleshooting steps that are usually helpful with display issues. However, since you started having this problem after you were in the water and the device should be water proof (as you mentioned earlier), I do I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. Yes. Received my replacement but the heartrate function isn't working 🤦🏽‍:female_sign:. Tried to reach out but no answer as yet.

Got it reset and it is working perfectly.
