I noticed my fitbit charge 5 screen sounded weird. I when I took a closer look, the screen had opened up. Now am keeping it closed with scotch tape. This is my 4th fitbit and all these issues, I don't think I will purchase another one. I'm so disappointed because I like fitbit.
Hi @Gac1362 if the Charge 5 is still working, there is a way for you to keep using it, without the tape. Check out "protective band cover for Fitbit Charge 5" at Amazon. It takes the pebble and places it in a band where the front and back is completely enclosed, so you can still use it. Might be a solution for you instead of the tape.
