After 3 failed Charge-5 replacements (bad batteries), fit-bit isn't going to honor their warranty.. Maybe it is best since I'm tired of dealing with such a bad product.. (dead batteries, bands breaking, etc).
Today, I spent a little bit more and ordered a Garmin.

I've had a similar experience, although maybe not the battery. The first Charge 5 lasted a couple months, the replacement lasted a couple months, and the latest replacement hasn't worked since it arrived. No sleep score, no Breathing Rate or HRV. I've tried contacting support in multiple ways and I've tried all of their suggestions, but in the end they just stopped communicating. I'm curious what Garmin you ordered and if you are happy with it. I'm really disappointed with Fitbit and Google.
