Charge 5 screen has developed a blue line

Hi there, @BeastK. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

As @Talahthas has recommended, please restart your Charge 5. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@BeastK Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. Please try to reset it following these instructions:

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.
3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
