This is my 2nd charge 5. The first one went black and I couldn’t find the receipt.nothing the guy did on chat resolved the issue.
so last Christmas I bought myself a new one. maybe I’d just gotten a lemon.Now this screen has been lack for two days. It’s the weekend and they’re closed. Resetting just buzzes and solves nothing. I’m never buying g this watch again just lose money and feel frustrated.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If your Charge 5 is not vibrating when you try performing the restart, it may seem that your Charge 5 ran out of battery and also that it's not charging properly. With that being said, I suggest trying the steps provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
