Charge 5 screen has developed lines

My Fitbit Charge 5 recently experienced rapid battery drain, resolved temporarily by a factory reset. However, after several days of normal function, the display is now malfunctioning, showing only lines despite a 95% battery charge. A restart attempt was unsuccessful. Any troubleshooting suggestions? The device was purchased last year.

Hi there @Morqka1992! A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts that you've already tried.

I suggest you try to change the clock face.

Have you already tried to restart your Charge 5 with the charging cable?

Thank you for your response. I have exhausted all online troubleshooting options, including restarts, clock theme changes, and allowing the battery to fully drain in an attempt to trigger an automatic shutdown; however, the device display remains unresponsive.

This happened after the batery draining problem. Which now the batery drainage is still faster then usually

I am having a similar problem. Yesterday the screen froze with just white light. I tried the restart with the charging cable last night and it restored function but the screen had lines running through it and it was flickering all day today. This evening, the screen went completely blank. I’ve tried charging cable reboot again and now have no screen at all. App states it’s synced and at 100%.
please help
