Charge 5 screen has turned yellow

I recently tried contact customer support on the live chat but received an error message. The email address doesn’t work either
 
I’m currently experiencing an issue with my charge 5 Fitbit. The screen has turned black and won’t turn back on. I can feel it vibrate when I place it on charge and I have tried the pulse reset using the button x 3 on the charger. The screen is flashing a yellow on repeat but not turning on.
 
Can anyone advise of a possible solution? Let me know if you require any further information

Hi there, @chrisc28. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for the response, I have done both of these things and my screen is still black. It’s registering my stats and syncing with my phone, but the screen will not turn on at all, even while charging. Taps aren’t working either
