Even after a full (overnight) charge, the screen looks like a snow storm. I can not coax the screen to life. I have tried the reset procedure described in the sheet that came with the Charge 5, but there was no reaction or change. The unit is about 10 months old-- I've had to revert back to the Charge 4 until this screen issue is resolved. Thanks for any suggestions.
