Charge 5 screen is too bright

A few days ago my charge 5 started being SUPER bright whenever I tap on it to display. It goes back to the normal brightness after a second but it's so annoying and so bright that it hurts my eyes. I've tried going through the settings and restarting and charging it, but nothing's working.

Hello @cson

I moved your post from the Android platform forum to the Charge 5 product help forum since your issue with the device and not the Android app. And, you're more likely to get help here.

Hi, @cson , have you tried altering the display settings to see if that helps?  You can get to the settings menu by continually swiping down from the clock face.  On the settings menu you can select a dimmer setting or if you opt for “auto” the brightness of your screen will adapt to the ambient light.

Sometimes one’s personal settings are changed during an update, so it is worth a check to see if yours have been altered.
