This is my second Fitbit and last night it’s screen went white. I see lots of other have had this problem but I can’t find an answer from Fitbit. Maybe time to switch to Apple.

Hi @Lylejkd - first try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If it does a normal start try changing clock face which may have a fault.
